A：If your child has an English story he or she had written. We are able to turn that into his/her personal picture book for you to keep.

A：Good question, since our team members are able to handle most of the work ourselves, we will be able to put an overwhelming majority of the money towards donations. (Far more than other ordinary organizations)

A：Yes, we will not accept already published work from other authors.

We need you to send us copies of your child’s original work along with a description from the Child about how and where he got his idea for his story.

A：No, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to allow that. Mainly due to the availability of each illustrator. But we could more or less guarantee satisfaction with every one of our illustrators.

A：First of all, we hope you understand that the main purpose of this whole thing is helping the needy rather than simply buying a picture book. We would be unable to honor that request. We simply cannot offer you a free redo service with the price you have paid. We could assure you that it is very unlikely for you to be extremely dissatisfied with the qualifications of the artists we have working for us. However, if you believe you will have issues with this, you could always find your own artist and provide us with your own illustrations!

A：Certainly! That would be 100% fine. You will provide your book with your own ISBN# along with the diploma and any other gift that is included in the package. But please note, if your illustrations doesn’t meet our requirement, we would reserve the right to not put your book in our online store for sale!

A：We will try our best to get it to you between 4-6 weeks, but could take longer depending on the time of the year and the availability of the artists.
