(Children Pay Children) Terms of Use

Welcome to the Children Pay Children’s book creation agreement. For the purpose of this agreement, the word “site “refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at www.childrenpaychildren.com .
“Service ”refers to the company’s services accessed via the Site, in which a user can create his or her own picture book. The terms”we,””us,”and”our”refer to the Company. “You ”refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.
The following Terms of Use apply when you use the service via our website.

By clicking on the “Agree” button at the end of this agreement, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bounded by these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may and should not access or use the Service.
ABOUT THE RULES FOR USER CONDUCT AND USE OF THE SERVICE
To access the Service you will be asked to fill out a form at the beginning of the application. It is your responsibility to ensure all given information are accurate and up to date. It is your responsibility to ensure that the story you have submitted is original work by either yourself or your child and have not been published anywhere else prior. We will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising due to false information and documentation submitted by the User. We reserve the right to refuse service due to inappropriate content, lack of content, or for any other personal and non-personal reasons.
RESTRICTIONS
You agree you have not and will not under any circumstances:
- Submit the work of another author.
- Request changes to the order since the creation process has commenced.
- Demand a refund.
OWNERSHIP
- You hereby agree that we now have 100% ownership of the book created, and will not be entitled to any benefit or commission this book may generate from the time of your order.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE
We can amend thee terms of Use at any time and will update these Terms of Use in the event of any such amendments. It is your sole responsibility to check the Site from time to time to view any such changes in this agreement. Your continued use of the Site or Our Service signifies your agreement to our revisions to these Terms of Use. We will endeavor to notify you of material changes to the Terms by posting a notice on our homepage and/or sending an email to the email address you provided us upon making your order. For this additional reason, you should keep your contact information current.
