I hope you now have some understanding of the importance of charity. In fact, doing good deeds has too many benefits for one’s cultivation. It’s really not just to apply for college. When I was a child, I always regarded people who do charity as people who pretend to be good and fight heroes. They have problems in their mind and don’t know how to spend money. Now it seems that it’s really a villain’s heart and a gentleman’s belly.

Only now do I realize that a person who is really willing to pay personal time and money for others may be regarded as a person who reaches another level of life consciousness. This is actually what universities want to see.

They know that when a child is trained to do good deeds from an early age, it will definitely help his growth.

Although it is certainly a good quality to make children a helpful person, it is definitely not just to cultivate a good man to make children do charity from an early age. Charity can bring too many benefits to a person. Let me give you a few simple examples.

-Kindness – charity will make your child a kind-hearted person, understand the suffering of others and be willing to help others.

-Filial piety – he will become a person who respects his family and cares for his friends. Since he can help strangers, let alone family and friends, can’t he?

-Sense of responsibility – a child with love will usually become a person who requires high self-discipline. What should be done and what should not be done will become particularly famous. From stealing, cheating, to being lazy, they will make adjustments. How can a person who is willing to help others accept being a drag on his family?

-Broad-minded – when he sees the suffering of others, he will make him a more patient and tolerant person. Being knowledgeable and magnanimous will certainly become his two characteristics.

-Self motivated – this is actually what I personally think is the most effective aspect. When a child starts to do good deeds, he will be full of love. He will always think about how to help more people. Suppose an 8-year-old child donated his pocket money saved for a week (assuming 50 yuan) to solve the food and clothing problem of two orphans that day. He will think that when he grows up, he will try to make more money to help more people. If one has a big goal, he will work hard in that direction. Because people who have done charity know that it is an addictive thing. In contrast, for some children who play games all day regardless of their career, they are likely to only think that when they grow up, they can find a job that can make a living and have a lot of time to play games.

In short, doing good deeds has too many benefits for the cultivation of a child. I hope you now have a better understanding of American universities asking children to do good deeds. Who doesn’t want a group of children who are good at learning, understand rules, and are kind and self-motivated? If your child is now in junior high school, primary school or even just in kindergarten, I strongly recommend that you introduce the meaning of charity to him in advance! I promise you there will be unexpected harvest!

The above are just some examples I can think of. If you have more other views and experiences, you can leave a message and share with you!!
